Friday 9th October

Join us for welcome drinks right on the shoreline at Quarantine Beach — there's plenty of space for little ones to roam, so feel free to bring them along.
Food is available from the pizza deck buffet at $55 per person. If you’re planning to eat please RSVP by 1st September (via button below). If you'd prefer a dinner recommendation elsewhere, just ask.

Saturday 10th October
Q StationMORNING PADDLE
Approx. 7am | Surf/weather permitting
Our preferred approach to wedding nerves: salt water. Come along for an early morning paddle before the big day.
Let us know via the RSVP if you'd like to hire a kayak, SUP or alternatively need to borrow a surfboard.
CEREMONY
Quarantine Wharf, Q Station
3:30 - 4pm
The ceremony begins at 3:30pm on the wharf. Please arrive 30 minutes early to settle in with a welcome drink before we get started.
COCKTAILS & CANAPES
4 - 5:30pm
Stay right where you are. The celebration continues on the wharf as the afternoon light turns golden over Sydney Harbour.
Children's meals will be served around 5:00pm.
RECEPTION
Governor Bourke Ballroom, Q Station
5:30 - 11pm
Time to party! A shuttle will take you up to the ballroom for dinner and dancing — just follow the crowd.
At the end of the evening, shuttles run back to the car park and guest rooms.

Sunday 11th October
Quarantine Beach, Q StationRECOVERY MORNING
From 9am
Come down to the beach for a swim, a debrief, and a slow goodbye. Morning tea provided.
For those leaving checkout is 11:00am. Safe travels — and thank you so much for being part of our day.

Complimentary parking is available at the Front Office. Q Station sits within Sydney Harbour National Park, so vehicles aren’t allowed beyond the car park — a shuttle bus will run between the car park and all venues throughout the weekend.
By taxi/Uber : Ask for Q Station, North Head Manly.
By car: Enter Manly via Sydney Road, turn right onto Belgrave Street, then left at Manly Wharf. Take the second left (signposted North Head), turn right onto Darley Road and continue past Manly Hospital. Go through the stone arch to the roundabout and turn right into Q Station.

October on Sydney Harbour is usually mild and sunny, around 21°C. Evenings on the water can carry a breeze, so bring a light layer.
