We’re so excited to celebrate with you.

Our Story

A man walked into a bar on a chilly August night. He ordered a lychee martini, a bold choice. The woman at the bar couldn’t help but smile.

A few hours, a few more questionable cocktails… and the rest, as they say, is history.

With borders closed and the world on pause, two people suddenly had all the time and nowhere else to be.

So it only feels right to say “I do” at the beautiful old Quarantine Station, a nod to surviving lockdowns, twins and everything in between.

The Weekend

Friday 9th October

WELCOME DRINKS

4:30-7:00PM

To kick off the weekend, join us for drinks and meet and mingle.

The restaurant sits right on the shoreline at Quarantine Beach — there's a kids' menu and plenty of space for little ones to run around, so feel free to bring them along. If you'd prefer dinner elsewhere, just ask and we'll point you in the right direction.

Dress code: Casual | RSVP

For those staying at Q Station and feeling brave — the Ghost Tour departs at 7pm. Contact Kat to pre-book.

Saturday 10th October

MORNING PADDLE

Approx. 7:00 AM | Surf/weather permitting

Toby and Kat's preferred approach to wedding nerves: salt water. Come and join them for a surf/SUP or kayak. Meeting point TBC. Let us know in advance if you'd like a board.

CEREMONY

Quarantine Wharf, Q Station | 3:30 PM

The ceremony begins at 3:30pm on the wharf. Please arrive 30 minutes early to settle in with a welcome drink before we get started.

COCKTAILS & CANAPES

4:00–5:30 PM

Stay right where you are. The celebration continues on the wharf as the afternoon light turns golden over Sydney Harbour.

Children's meals will be served around 5:00pm.

RECEPTION

Governor Bourke Ballroom, Q Station | 5:30–11:00 PM

Time to party! A shuttle will take you up to the ballroom for dinner and dancing — just follow the crowd.

At the end of the evening, shuttles run back to the car park and guest rooms.

A note on weather: October on Sydney Harbour is usually mild and sunny, around 21°C. Evenings on the water can carry a breeze, so bring a light layer.

Sunday 11th October

RECOVERY MORNING

Come down to the beach for a swim, a debrief, and a slow goodbye. Morning tea provided.

Check-out is by 11:00am. Safe travels — and thank you for being part of our day.
